Team Lead- Home LOAN

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to drive business growth in the Home Loan Department. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective loan sourcing and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and property dealers for lead generation.
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications and maintain compliance with bank policies.
• Monitor team performance using sales metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and legal teams for end-to-end process completion.
• Conduct regular review meetings and track achievement of business objectives.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Home Loan / Mortgage products and processes.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving targets.
• Good negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)

2-6 years of experience in Home Loan Sales / Mortgage / Banking Sector, with at least 1-2 years in a team-handling role.
