Job Description

Manage a team of collection agents to achieve daily targets through outbound calls, dialers, and bucket handling.
Oversee the entire collections process from initial contact to final recovery, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage rates by identifying areas for improvement in the collections process.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex cases that require escalation or special attention.
Analyze performance metrics such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat etc. to optimize team efficiency.
