Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Pune. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of educational programs. The role includes mentoring and guiding team members, monitoring progress, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance. Additionally, the Team Lead will liaise with stakeholders and contribute to developing and maintaining the institution's educational standards.
