Ciklum is looking for a Team Lead – Global Inside Sales to join our team full-time in India. About the role: We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join our high-performing Global Inside Sales Team. In this dual role, you`ll not only own your individual sales targets but also lead a growing team focused on UK & EU markets. If you`re passionate about driving results, coaching teams, and working closely with international sales leaders—this is your opportunity to make an impact. Responsibilities: Drive lead generation efforts and consistently achieve individual & Team monthly targets Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives covering the UK & EU regions Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support skill development Collaborate with Sales Hunters to align pipeline goals and drive opportunities Lead weekly performance reviews and ensure team KPIs are met Share best practices and build a positive, growth-oriented team culture Requirements: 7+ years in IT services Lead Generation with team management experience in Europe & UK region Proven track record in inside sales/lead generation, preferably in IT/tech services Experience managing or mentoring a team Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, data-driven, and collaborative approach Understanding of using CRM, research and other marketing automation tools What`s in it for you?
