Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Deputy Manager-Audit in the following activities

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual submissions for statutory and internal audit
Collaborate with Internal & External Auditors, Company Secretary, and relevant stakeholders to align financial reporting with regulatory standards.
Participate in concurrent audit of transactions & Identify and drive improvements in accounting and financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Optimise usage of the SAP FICO module for financial management and reporting.
Stay informed about changes in industry & business compliance.
Develop dashboards to capture useful data for audit & decision-making.
Mentor and support team members, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing audit function.
Promote a workplace culture that values transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Accounting of Gratuity Trust in Tally

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
MBA or CA Inter is mandatory.
Experience:
5-6 years of experience, and at least 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably within the oil and gas sector.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in SAP FICO & Tally and data analytics tools.
Understanding of taxation laws and financial reporting practices.

Other Skills:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
Adaptability to dynamic environments and evolving challenges.
