Manage a team of field sales agents to achieve sales targets. Execute strategies for business growth. Build strong relationships with customers to increase revenue. Required Candidate profile 6+ years of Field Sales experience with at least 2 years as a team lead Prior exp. in B2C sales is preferred Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently
