Job Description

Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Master’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Software Knowledge: AutoCAD Revit Navisworks Dynamo script writing Experience: 3–5 years of progressive responsibility in architecture, engineering, construction, or similar domains Strong familiarity with BIM processes and systems Overseas project experience is beneficial Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage 3D BIM modeling and coordination across multiple projects Conduct design reviews and resolve coordination conflicts Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve issues collaboratively Guide and ensure adherence to project templates and BIM standards Approve BIM content and ensure project-specific compliance Facilitate BIM coordination meetings (remote and face-to-face) Review models with designers and owners as required Prepare estimates and project proposals Maintain regular client interaction and reporting Mentor, monitor, and train the team as needed Oversee virtual construction and ensure accurate documentation of design contract documents Report to the Technical Director and collaborate closely with internal project teams Required Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong computer and technical skills Leadership and team management capability Proactive issue resolution and stakeholder coordination Location: Aurangabad CTC : Up to 8 LPA Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,955.06 - ₹60,000.58 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
