Onsite Coordinator - BIM

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Onsite BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities at the project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth model coordination among various disciplines, resolving clashes, and supporting the execution team with accurate model-based data and drawings with some of our most prestigious projects in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Act as the key liaison between design consultants, contractors, and project teams for all BIM-related activities on site. Review, coordinate, and manage federated BIM models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC. Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings; document and track issue resolution. Assist in generating construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models. Ensure models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure constructability and alignment with the actual site conditions. Update and manage models with field data and redlines. Support site teams with BIM-based quantity take-offs, sequencing (4D), and installation verification. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination on live projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC. Knowledge of project phases, construction sequencing, and site execution. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. Willing to work full-time from the project site.
