Onsite Coordinator - BIM

As an Onsite BIM Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities at the project site. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the key liaison between design consultants, contractors, and project teams for all BIM-related activities on site. You will review, coordinate, and manage federated BIM models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC. Conducting clash detection and coordination meetings, documenting and tracking issue resolution, and assisting in generating construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models are also part of your duties. Ensuring that models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards, collaborating with engineering teams for constructability, and updating and managing models with field data and redlines are essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will support site teams with BIM-based quantity take-offs, sequencing (4D), and installation verification. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination on live projects - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC - Knowledge of project phases, construction sequencing, and site execution - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills - Willingness to work full-time from the project site The company offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
