As an Onsite BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities at the project site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless model coordination among various disciplines, resolve clashes, and provide essential support to the execution team with accurate model-based data and drawings for our prestigious projects in Mumbai. You will act as the key liaison between design consultants, contractors, and project teams for all BIM-related activities on-site. Your tasks will include reviewing, coordinating, and managing federated BIM models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC. Conducting clash detection and coordination meetings, documenting and tracking issue resolution, and assisting in generating construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models will also be under your purview. It will be essential for you to ensure that the models adhere to the project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure constructability and alignment with the actual site conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and managing models with field data and redlines and supporting site teams with BIM-based quantity take-offs, sequencing (4D), and installation verification. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination on live projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC is a must, as well as knowledge of project phases, construction sequencing, and site execution. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are also essential, and you should be willing to work full-time from the project site.
