Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

-Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

-Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support where needed.

-Handle escalations and assist team members in closing key deals.

-Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize performance.

-Ensure team adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.

-Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales, plan campaigns, and achieve business

Requirements

-At least 1 -2 years in a leadership/ supervisory role.

-Strong background in direct sales / inside sales / B2C / B2B sales (depending on industry).

-Fluency in Tamil, English (spoken essential; written an advantage).

-Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
