Job Title: Team Lead – Telecalling / Sales

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to manage and monitor a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will ensure daily targets are met, maintain high team performance, and contribute to achieving overall sales and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor call quality, conversion ratios, and productivity of the team.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to telecallers.
• Develop and implement calling strategies to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Track and report key metrics such as leads generated, calls made, follow-ups, and closures.
• Coordinate with marketing and admissions/sales teams to align campaigns and follow-up strategies.
• Handle escalated calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and sales data in CRM systems.
• Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
