Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of counselors and admission executives. Assign tasks, set performance goals, conduct regular training, and motivate the team.
Student Counseling & Admission Support: Guide students on courses, universities, admissions, and career options. Oversee documentation and ensure smooth application submissions.
Visa & Compliance Management: Manage end-to-end visa application process, stay updated with immigration rules, and ensure compliance with university and government regulations.
Stakeholder & Business Development: Maintain professional relationships with universities, support marketing activities, represent MyGrade at events, and contribute to strategic growth. Reporting & Strategy: Track applications, admissions, and visa success rates.
Prepare performance reports and develop strategies for higher conversion rates.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in overseas education consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior team-handling experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and student management systems.
• Immediate availability is mandatory
