1. Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential students, driving sales growth.
2. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into enrolled students, maximizing sales conversions.
3. Admission Counselling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students, addressing queries, and facilitating the admission process.
4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of admission counsellors, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team targets are met.
5. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets, driving business growth and revenue.
1. Experience: 5+ years in inside sales, admission counselling, or a related field.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with admission processes, sales strategies, CRM tools, and B2C/B2B sales dynamics.
