Job Description

Team Lead – Digital Marketing

Location

: Kochi (Cigma Medical Coding Academy)

Salary Range

: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required

: 3–5 years

Role Overview

As the Team Lead – Digital Marketing, you'll drive growth across online and offline channels, manage marketing for multiple branches, and lead strategic initiatives to boost student engagement and enrollments.

What You'll Own and Deliver:

1. Strategic Digital & Offline Marketing

Build and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid platforms.
Complement digital efforts with effective offline tactics—events, local promotions, partnerships to drive awareness and leads.

2. Branch-Level Coordination

Lead marketing activities for all

Cigma branches—ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging.
Localize campaigns and provide tactical support per branch to meet targets.

3. Social Media & Content Leadership

Curate and create engaging content tailored to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Maintain editorial calendars, manage content schedules, and sustain active social presence.

4. Lead Generation & Optimization

Implement inbound and acquisition campaigns to generate quality leads (digital and event-based).
Continually optimize funnel performance—from lead capture through conversion—using data-driven insights.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Produce actionable Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance reports, monitor ROI, and KPIs.
Develop marketing dashboards—campaign ROI, lead volume vs. cost, channel performance—to guide decision-making.

6. Growth & Innovation Goals

Increase monthly lead generation by XX% (define internally).
Improve social media engagement and conversion from content.
Ensure a consistent pipeline of inquiries for all three branches through well-targeted campaigns.
