Team Lead Corporate Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale the

    Corporate Upskilling business

    for Fixity EDX across India and global markets.
  • Set up lead generation systems, CRM tools, and structured sales processes.
  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales with HR, L&D, and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Create pricing models, proposals, and partnership frameworks for enterprise clients.
  • Hire, train, and lead a performance-oriented sales team.
  • Work closely with leadership to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven

    corporate / enterprise sales

    experience (EdTech or L&D preferred).
  • Exposure to both domestic and international client handling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience setting up sales processes or new verticals is a strong advantage.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven.
