Job Summary:

Manager Ash Marketing

The role demands strong industry connections, business development skills, and a deep understanding of the applications and value proposition of fly ash and similar by-products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for ash across

  cement, construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as

  cement manufacturers, RMC producers, contractors, and brick units

  .
• Promote the benefits and applications of ash for

  construction, concrete production, road work, and mine backfilling

  .
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall utilization and disposal strategy of the companys ash generation.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of material to clients.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy to improve market reach.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, service quality, and handling of any grievances.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal review.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in Civil Engineering, Materials, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 8 years

  of experience in

  ash sales, cement industry, construction materials, or industrial by-products

  .
• Strong understanding of the market demand and industrial applications of fly ash.
• Proven track record of B2B sales in relevant sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions as required.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience working with

  thermal power plants, ash utilization teams, or construction material supply chains

  .
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and policies related to ash disposal/utilization.
