DriveX is a dynamic and rapidly growing used two-wheeler startup that's redefining the pre-owned motorcycle and scooter market. Our mission is to provide customers with a seamless and trustworthy platform to buy, sell, and own high-quality used two-wheelers. As we expand our Consumer-to-Business (C2B) supply channel, we are looking for a high-performing and strategic Team Lead C2B Supply Operations to lead and scale this function.

Role Overview

The Team Lead – C2B Supply Operations will be responsible for leading the end-to-end C2B supply channel across multiple geographies. This role is critical to DriveX’s mission of becoming the preferred platform for customers to sell their two-wheelers. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can build a scalable operation, drive supply acquisition from consumers, manage large field teams, and ensure process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive vehicle procurement from individual customers across markets.
  • Lead and manage a team of City Leads, Field Evaluators, and Partner Evaluators.
  • Own performance metrics such as lead-to-deal conversion, procurement cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong channel partnerships with NBFCs, local garages, RTO agents, and online classified platforms for lead generation.
  • Create and scale SOPs for vehicle inspection, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Optimize field team performance through regular training, on-ground audits, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure high-quality vehicle evaluation standards and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with Pricing, Inventory, and Sales teams to align supply with market demand.
  • Build a robust MIS to track performance, identify gaps, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Manage operational budgets and drive cost efficiency in the C2B channel.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and customer-centricity within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in C2B procurement, used vehicle sales, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing large field teams.
  • Deep understanding of the used two-wheeler or automotive space is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Excel, CRM platforms, and field force tracking apps.
