Job Description

Design and analyze structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including underground structures like tanks, buildings, pipelines, and other related infrastructure.
Perform analysis and design of structural systems using various national and international codal provisions.
Lead and deliver projects alongside a team of engineers and CAD professionals.
Ensure the quality of deliverables complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate design work with other disciplines and liaise with internal and external clients as needed.
Maintain high work standards, minimize production errors, and ensure attention to detail.
Mentor mid-level and senior structural engineering staff.
Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

Possess a range of structural analysis and design experience, particularly in relation to reinforced concrete and steelwork structures.
Have 15+ years of structural engineering experience in Water/Wastewater projects in domestic and international projects.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
Experience working on similar types of projects is required.
Familiarity with different types of loadings is essential.
Strong planning and organizing skills, including task management and resourcing, are necessary.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are expected.
Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Ability to lead a project from concept design to IFC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
