- Design and analyze structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including underground structures like tanks, buildings, pipelines, and other related infrastructure.
- Perform analysis and design of structural systems using various national and international codal provisions.
- Lead and deliver projects alongside a team of engineers and CAD professionals.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate design work with other disciplines and liaise with internal and external clients as needed.
- Maintain high work standards, minimize production errors, and ensure attention to detail.
- Mentor mid-level and senior structural engineering staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Possess a range of structural analysis and design experience, particularly in relation to reinforced concrete and steelwork structures.
- Have 15+ years of structural engineering experience in Water/Wastewater projects in domestic and international projects.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
- Experience working on similar types of projects is required.
- Familiarity with different types of loadings is essential.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, including task management and resourcing, are necessary.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are expected.
- Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Ability to lead a project from concept design to IFC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
