Team Lead - Brand EMI

As a proactive and experienced Team Lead at our company, you will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of a team of ISP promoters representing our brand EMI. Your role will involve leading a field team, executing promotional campaigns, managing merchant relationships, and ensuring the effective implementation of the EMI awareness and adoption drive across retail locations. To excel in this role, we expect you to be a graduate, preferably with a background in Business or Marketing, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, promotions, or team management. You should have experience in supervising field teams, handling on-ground operations, coordinating between promoters, merchants, and backend teams, as well as being comfortable with performance tracking and reporting regularly. Fluency in the local language is required, with proficiency in English and/or Hindi being a plus. Your success in this role will be supported by your strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven capability in planning daily beat routes and allocating targets, strong problem-solving and merchant relationship-handling skills, and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for creating and managing MIS reports.
