The recruitment lead is responsible for ensuring that the recruitment and selection processes are both efficient and effective. The role includes developing recruiting strategies , sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates, and onboarding new hires. The Recruitment Lead will manage the recruitment team and ensure that the team meets the organization's recruitment goals . The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential new hires. They should be experienced in recruitment and selection processes and have excellent communication and organizational skills . Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in US-IT recruitment. Overall 3+ years of Experience in US-IT recruitment. Should have led a team of 4 to 5 recruiters. Client Handling Ability Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment for Permanent & Contract positions Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. Strong in Searching Techniques, Job postings, and Mass emails. The capacity to find top-notch engineering talent using relevant sourcing media and technologies such as LinkedIn, and Instahire. Roles and Responsibilities : Manage the team's day-to-day activities and coach all team members to produce desired results. Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets while delegating tasks to team members. Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leveraging assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media. Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Be accountable for personal results along with that of the team. Conducting quarterly performance reviews. Possess a thorough awareness of all aspects of the US market, such as legal entitlements, salaries, visa categories, procedures, and relevant labor regulations. Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team. Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. Maintain lead database and develop recruiting strategies, source and interview qualified candidates, and onboard new hires. Screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates. Lead the onboarding process for new hires. Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure successful hiring practices. Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs.
