Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of multidisciplinary BIM projects (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Scan-to-BIM).

• Create and maintain project templates, modelling standards, and best practices.

• Understand project scope, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.

• Allocate tasks to the team and ensure on‑time delivery.

• Perform in‑house QA/QC before every client submission.

• Train and mentor junior modelers; plan upskilling and internal training schedules.

• Support the redevelopment and refinement of internal workflows and processes.

• Assist in creating and implementing QA/QC procedures, standards, checklists, and templates.

• Foster a positive team culture and productive working environment.

• Ensure software license compliance and basic IT coordination.

• Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the Director.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or team‑leading role.

• Strong understanding of LOD requirements (LOD 100–400).

• Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, ACC/BIM360.

• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Good communication skills (basic English required for reporting and delivery communication).

• Experience working with international clients (preferred but not essential).

• Understanding of ISO/BIM standards is an advantage.

• Awareness of automation tools such as Dynamo is an advantage.

• Must be able to work from the Ahmedabad office.

• Must have minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
