What You’ll Do:- Lead and mentor a team of BIM Specialists- Ensure project delivery is on time and as per client expectations- Coordinate with clients, architects & construction teams- Stay on top of latest BIM tech & trends- Deliver high-quality BIM modeling and coordination. What We’re Looking For:- 4+ years of hands-on BIM experience- Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and coordination tools- Excellent leadership & communication skills- Background in Architecture/Civil Engineering- Experience in sustainable design is a plus.
