Team Management & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and morale.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to address challenges, set goals, and review performance.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversion rates for site visits.
Oversee the end-to-end process of site visit coordination, ensuring smooth communication between the team and customers.
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Monitor and improve the quality of customer interactions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the site visit process.
Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, building trust and long-term relationships.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize the customer journey and site visit experience.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track team performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and provide ongoing learning opportunities for team members to enhance their sales and product knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends and MagicBricks' offerings to ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary tools to sell effectively.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate with other teams within the company to streamline operations and ensure a cohesive approach to site visits and sales goals.
Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure that site visit logistics and quality control standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or team leadership, preferably in the real estate or e-commerce industry.
Proven experience in managing and mentoring a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Leadership Skills:
Strong team management, coaching, and motivation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced work environment.
Sales Expertise:
Excellent understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on site visit conversion.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and lead a team effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Comfortable using technology and digital tools to enhance productivity and customer interactions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field.
