Location : Baner, Pune Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 2+ Years Start Date : Immediate / ASAP Key Responsibilities Design high-quality creatives for social media, brochures, advertisements, emailers, presentations, and other brand collateral. Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, web platforms, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with content, marketing, and digital teams to create visually impactful campaigns. Ensure brand consistency and visual identity is maintained across all content formats. Interpret briefs, apply feedback, and refine visuals and videos to meet project objectives. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and video editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant. Requirements Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video editing tools. Strong visual storytelling, layout design, and attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing both graphic and video work is mandatory. Preferred Skills Prior experience working in real estate, lifestyle, or tech branding. Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic knowledge of web design. Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Experience in motion graphics or animation is a big plus.
