Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10+ recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet their targets.
2. Recruitment Operations: Oversee the recruitment process, including screening CVs, negotiating with candidates, and closing vacancies.
3. Target Setting: Set and achieve team targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Training and Development: Train and develop team members to improve their recruitment skills and knowledge.
5. Hiring and Onboarding: Hire new team members and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
6. Job Portals: Manage job portals, ensuring effective job posting
7. Availability: Be available on phone calls during office hours, including when on leave.
8. Team Engagement: Organize cultural and other activities weekly and monthly to boost team morale and engagement.
Requirements:
1. Experience:3+ years of experience in recruitment/BDE/CRM/Sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office.
4. Personal Qualities: Results-driven, team-oriented, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
