Role: Team Leader (Hospitality)

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

Application Support:
Responsible for effective sustenance of various
Healthcare applications
Infrastructure Support:
Responsible for uptime of all
site connectivity, server, switches, firewall & end user computing.
Periodic IT reviews with internal and external team:
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Partner On boarding & Implementation:

Managing Change request & approval process
Vendor cordination
In depth understanding of
Healthcare Application support
Manage application support delivery
Budget prepartion
Adherence to controls defined for processes by governance
Manage outsourced support services including monitoring of
incidents, SLAs, weekly timesheet & monthly dashboard etc.
Manage the operational
IT department activities like IT reporting, vendor management (agreement, PO etc) & monthly MIS reporting etc.
