Team Lead - Analytics

As an Analytics and Power BI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive business decisions. Your primary responsibility will involve collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that support our business objectives. You will also be tasked with developing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders. Collaboration with various departments is essential in this role, as you will work closely with them to understand their data needs and translate these requirements into technical solutions. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards through effective data modeling will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing Power BI reports for performance and usability, as well as providing training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize Power BI tools. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Power BI or data analytics would be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting is required, along with proven expertise in Power BI, including report creation, data modeling, and dashboard development. Proficiency in Power BI tools such as Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service is essential, along with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. Preferred skills include experience with human resource management, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, advanced analytics techniques like predictive modeling or machine learning, and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
