Job Description


  • Design and execute AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML models for various business functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
  • Ensure the robustness and enrichment of data pipelines and AI platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and internal audit standards for AI systems.
  • Manage large-scale AI projects including vendor selection, platform selection, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver high-impact business results.
Key Skills Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, data engineering, and model deployment in enterprise settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and leveraging AI to solve business problems.
  • Excellent project and vendor management skills with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
