Job Description

 1) Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. \
2) Develop and monitor performance-linked bonuses.
3) Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay competitiveness.
4) Utilize data-driven approaches and compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decisions.
5) Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, and variable pay programs/ performance-linked bonuses.
6) Partner with business leaders to align C&B strategy, PMS cycles, and communication plans.
7) Drive communication on C&B programs across the organization.
8) Continuously research and adopt emerging trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
