Teacher

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of each student. Your key responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum (CBSE), creating and implementing diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, assessing and monitoring students" progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to students to promote growth and improvement, maintaining accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior, establishing and enforcing classroom rules to create a positive and respectful learning environment, collaborating with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support students" academic and personal development, actively participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs, staying updated with the latest teaching techniques, educational trends, and subject-specific developments, and supporting the overall well-being of students to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant subject, with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred. Additionally, you should have proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching, ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire students, knowledge of classroom technology and teaching tools is a plus, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are required to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, participate in continuous professional development, and have a passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. The compensation for this role is a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time job position with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift and morning shift, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.
