Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our teaching staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum (CBSE).
• Create and implement diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor students' progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to promote growth and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules, creating a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
• Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques, educational trends, and subject-specific developments.
• Support the overall well-being of students, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or relevant subject.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
• Proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively and inspire students.
• Knowledge of classroom technology and teaching tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
