Responsibilities: Financial Management Planning Lead the development of annual budgets and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor budget utilization and provide periodic financial analysis to leadership. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and donor-specific reports. Support strategic financial planning and forecasting to ensure long-term sustainability. Manage cash flow, fund allocations, and maintain reserves as per organizational policy.
