Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions tailored for educators. Regular duties include curriculum development, conducting assessments, mentoring teachers, and providing feedback to enhance their teaching practices. The role also involves ensuring that training materials are aligned with the latest educational standards and methodologies.

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Strong Teaching and Classroom Management Skills
• Proficiency in Training Delivery and Public Speaking
• Ability to Assess, Mentor, and Provide Constructive Feedback to Educators
• Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Organization Skills
• Familiarity with Emerging Educational Tools and Techniques
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in teacher training or educational leadership is an advantage
