Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher Trainer role located in Model Town. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for developing effective lesson plans, training educators, providing advice on modern teaching methods, and enhancing the overall teaching quality. The candidate will mentor teachers on professional practices, support curriculum design, ensure education standards are met, and provide ongoing guidance to foster skill development. Qualifications Ability to create effective Lesson Plans and design training content Strong background in Education and Teaching with a focus on academic best practices Proficient in Communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and train educators Experience in Training educators and improving teaching quality Passion for fostering a positive learning environment and a commitment to professional development Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field Prior experience as a Teacher, Trainer, or Educator is an advantage
