Key Responsibilities: - Teach the Akanksha curriculum effectively - Design and execute engaging lesson plans - Create assessments to evaluate student progress - Adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning needs - Establish cooperative relationships with students, parents, community, and school team - Articulate high expectations for students - Maintain a positive learning environment - Participate in professional development opportunities - Attend school training and meetings - Engage in extra-curricular and celebratory activities - Make occasional community visits to stay connected with parents Qualifications Required: - Preferably relevant teaching experience, freshers may be considered - Strong content knowledge and expertise - Love for children and learning - Adaptability to new instructional approaches - Problem-solving skills - Planning and organizing abilities - Team player with strong work ethics - Openness to feedback and reflection - Strong oral and written communication skills in English - For Primary (Grade 1-7): Graduate with a Diploma in Elementary Education or Bachelor in Education - For Secondary (Grade 8-10): Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Education Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in-person.
