Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in system engineering to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in defining the architecture and functionalities of TC&IS subsystems, such as PACIS, CCTV, Multimedia, Event Recorder, Train Ground Communication, ATC/Safety Equipment, and more. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business – including Train System Engineers, Interior Engineers, and RAMS/Validation Engineers – to ensure seamless integration of subsystems into trains, provide support to sourcing and suppliers, and manage changes and configurations effectively.You’ll specifically take care of delivering subsystem documentation (e.g., Requirement Specification and Architecture Description, Technical Purchase Specification, Interface Control Document) and verifying subsystem integration at the train level, but also contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging Return on Experience (RoE) from previous projects.We’ll look to you for:
- Defining and implementing functional, performance, transverse, and train-level requirements for dedicated subsystems
- Ensuring mechanical and electrical integration of subsystems into the train
- Defining and managing subsystem interfaces (mechanical and electrical)
- Conducting design reviews and verifying subsystem functionality at the train level
- Managing change and configuration processes for subsystems
- Planning and following up on all activities related to assigned subsystems
- Providing support to sourcing, suppliers, PUs, and engineering teams

- Familiarity with subsystem integration (mechanical and electrical)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
