Tax Operations Delivery Manager

This Position reports to

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end compliance for both Indirect and Direct Taxes across more than 40 countries, including India, the Asia-Pacific region, North America, the United Arab Emirates, Africa, and Europe. This role will report directly to the Global Tax Manager.
• The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Indirect and Direct Taxes and have the ability to make informed decisions regarding internal tax matters, optimize internal processes, manage a global team, and provide strategic advice to the business on tax-related issues.
• This role requires managing direct and indirect tax activities and reporting for various overseas countries, encompassing more than 40 countries. A strong understanding of US GAAP, Indian GAAP, and Pillar II regulations is essential.
• The individual should ensure 100% accuracy in tax returns, payments, tax general ledger mapping, clearing, and audit compliance for both domestic and international operations.
• Additional responsibilities will include standardizing transactional tax processes, preparing standard operating procedures, process flows, work instructions, and fostering a comprehensive understanding of the business.

• CA/CWA /CA Inter/MBA Finance/M. Com
• Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 8-10 years
• Having tax knowledge of overseas countries would be preferred.
• Should have problem solving ability as he/she will be responsible to resolve functional tax issues with respect to domestic as well as overseas countries.

• Should have good working experience in SAP /CFIN/MS Office
• Able to manage a big size of team members.
• Should have Good Presentation, communication, listening and execution skills.
