Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. As a Tax Associate, you will play an essential role in supporting financial accounting, reporting, and auditing tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Accounting:
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Assist in the preparation of direct and indirect tax returns (e.g., GST, income tax).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and assist in handling tax audits.
• Keep up to date with tax-related changes and inform the finance team about new developments.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with completion of the Intermediate level exams (Single group or both groups) or similar accounting certification.
• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance is preferred (e.g., B.Com, M.Com).
• Experience:
• Prior experience (1-3 years) in accounting, auditing, or taxation roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with accounting softwares and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, gst and income tax, and financial regulations.
• Experience in handling audits and preparing financial statements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
