Tax Associate

Role Overview: As a Tax Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical to assist in determining financial outcomes through the collection of operational data/reports and conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting indirect periodic tax filings based on clients" interpretation of statutory and tax requirements, including VAT, local sales and use taxes, property, and income taxes. Key Responsibilities: - Solve routine problems using precedent and guidelines - Interact with your team and direct supervisor - Receive detailed instructions on daily tasks and new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work - Work as an individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work - May require working in rotational shifts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) - 1 to 3 years of experience - Good verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of record to report processes - Proficiency in reconciliations - Proficient in MS Office - Problem-solving attitude - Ability to work in night shifts - Knowledge of RTR tools and RPAs - Analytical skills and understanding of current technologies in the RTR domain (Note: Additional details about Accenture and its services have been omitted as they are not directly related to the job role.),
