Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients for ITR filing reminders. Explain the ITR filing process and assist with basic client queries. Coordinate between clients and internal tax filing team for documentation. Follow up with clients to collect necessary documents before deadlines. Maintain proper call logs and update client status in the system. Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Telugu .
