Tally Support Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Tally Support Executive who will not only handle technical support and client issue resolution but also actively cross-sell Tally customizations, modules, and related products/services. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and training to clients using Tally software. Troubleshoot and resolve Tally-related issues efficiently. Document issues, solutions, and track service tickets. Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive and personalized support. Identify opportunities for cross-selling Tally add-ons, customization services, and other IT products or upgrades. Work closely with sales and development teams to communicate client requirements for customizations. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster upselling opportunities. Requirements: Prior experience with Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime (support, usage, or customization). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of accounting and GST is a plus. Self-driven, with a passion for customer service and consultative selling. Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize issues effectively.
