Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tally operator to join our accounts team as an intern. You will assist in maintaining financial records using Tally ERP software and help manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Data entry: Enter daily financial transactions into Tally ERP, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Bank reconciliation: Helps in reconciling bank statements with internal records.
Inventory management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, purchases, and sales using Tally.
Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
Assisting senior accountants: Support the accounting team in other daily activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Pursuing or completing a degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of Tally ERP: A Basic understanding of Tally software is required.
Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry and record keeping is essential.
Basic accounting knowledge: Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
MS Office: Basic knowledge of Excel and Word for managing reports and data.
