About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for SAP roles across various modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding niche SAP talent for contract roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles (Technical, Functional, and Techno-Functional)
Understand role requirements across various SAP modules such as:
SAP ABAP, BASIS, HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4HANA, etc.
Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing techniques
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations
Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards
Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP talent for future hiring needs
Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to understand project-specific requirements
