Talent Sourcing Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing:

  Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier leadership talent across functions and industries.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.

• Candidate Database Management:

  Maintain and optimize candidate databases and talent pools using ATS and CRM tools; ensure data accuracy and proactive engagement.

• Market Intelligence:

  Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent benchmarking to support strategic hiring decisions.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Build strong relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a high-touch experience throughout the hiring process.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Provide regular updates and insights on sourcing progress, market trends, and pipeline health to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 6- 9 years of experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on leadership hiring.
• Prior experience in a

  Tier-1 executive search or recruitment consultancy

• Strong understanding of sourcing tools, platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS systems), and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with a strategic and consultative approach.
• Proficiency in maintaining and leveraging candidate databases for long-term talent engagement.
