Must have skills required: Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Boolean SoHo Dragon is Looking for: Talent Sourcing Assistant Recruitment - Ahmedabad, Gujarat Talent Sourcing Assistant Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST (Tentative) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Assistant to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in identifying and sourcing high-quality candidate resumes from multiple job boards for various industries, including corporate, technical, administrative, and field-based roles. If you excel at finding the right talent through strategic sourcing, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Source resumes from multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and niche job boards. Review candidate profiles and assess alignment with job requirements. Maintain and build talent pipelines for frequently hired roles. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to refine candidate search strategies. Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to identify passive and active candidates. Track and manage sourced candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular reports on sourcing progress and recruitment metrics. Stay updated with best practices in talent sourcing and emerging recruitment technologies. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, resume sourcing, and talent acquisition. Exposure to multiple industries such as healthcare, sales, logistics, IT, and hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms. Proficiency in Boolean logic and other advanced search techniques. Prior experience working in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments. Strong internet research skills and creative sourcing strategies. Ability to analyze job descriptions and identify key candidate qualifications. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
