Key Accountabilities

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn), professional networks, and CRM tools. Apply advanced search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates. Apply advanced sourcing methods, such as targeted search and qualification-specific searches, to build a pipeline of strong candidates (internal and external) for current and future hiring needs. Develop and maintain comprehensive talent pools in CRM systems, ensuring accurate categorization of candidate (internal and external) profiles and qualifications for ongoing and future engagement.

Keep candidate records accurate and updated, regularly generating reports on sourcing performance and key metrics.

Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.

Champion diversity and inclusion in sourcing efforts, ensuring representation from diverse communities aligned with the organizations values.

Work closely with recruiters to understand the specific requirements for open roles, timelines for sourcing activities, and to deliver qualified candidate lists tailored to business needs

Qualifications : 7 - 14

Preferably from Banking / Consulting / Financial captive/ Technology domains.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience working in specialist talent environments (e.g., BFSI, Tech, Analytics) • Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

Knowledge of global talent markets and competitive hiring trends. •
