Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Scout located in Gurugram. The Talent Scout will be responsible for hiring, recruiting, communication, talent scouting, and interviewing models on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 International Scouting for Placement in India Identify and onboard international models for placements in the Indian market. Build relationships with global agencies to source top talent for India. 🔹 International Placements for Our Talents Facilitate global placements for our Indian models by partnering with international agencies. Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding for international opportunities. 🔹 Contract Negotiation & Compliance Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with talents, agencies, and clients to ensure clarity, legality, and mutual benefit.
