Talent Operations Coordination

As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our new hires by managing the onboarding process from start to finish. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for helping people succeed in their new roles will be key in this position. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end onboarding process, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, scheduling onboarding sessions, maintaining accurate records in the HRIS system, providing support to new hires, evaluating the effectiveness of the onboarding program, developing materials and resources, building relationships with hiring managers, staying updated on industry best practices, and assisting in other Talent Acquisition and HR tasks as needed. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, written and verbal communication skills, multitasking abilities, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Workday, knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to onboarding, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit with collaborative and influential capabilities.,
