Anima is also known for scouting fresh Indian faces and placing them in major international markets such as Paris, London, and New York, as well as managing top-tier creatives within India.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Manager on the New Faces and Development team. Some of the key responsibilities include


  1. Taking Model Orientation meetings (needs to have very clear communication skills)
  2. Scheduling & taking polaroid sessions + helping with model's wardrobe selection 
  3. Shortlisting and sharing pola data with Anima team on same day
  4. Organising content sessions (Q&A, intro video), being ready with creative questions.
  5. Managing model's schedule, travel entries etc.
  6. Arranging test shoots, handling test shoots at the office from beginning till end.
  7. Handling editorial shoot enquiries, pitching faces actively to editorial teams.
  8. Training +guidance for models on ramp walk and photo shoot body language (organising practice sessions at office) (follow up on their progress)
  9. Client relations with Editorial teams, attending editorial and test shoots to meet creatives on board.
  10. Updating all photographers/creatives on new model faces that have joined the agency
  11. Regular follow up with models on their skin condition, measurements, college schedule.
  12. Conducting regular model meetings to discuss/resolve any issues.
  13. Creating a bank of new talents/creatives in industry and reaching out to them.
  14. Organising in-person meetings with new photographers/ creatives who are shooting with our talent.
  15. Connecting Hair & Makeup and Photography teams for all on-going shoots, understanding our artists profiles and backgrounds.
  16. Follow up and get images from test shoot and editorial jobs.
  17. Actively scouting online/offline for new faces to sign.
  18. Scheduling and Organising scouting events for new face search.



Qualifications

  • Experience in talent management, talent scouting, and relationship building
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market demands in fashion, film, and advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and managing schedules
  • A background in fashion, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
